Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please email us or call call (888) 985-2249 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any products to Minden Grill Company. Print your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box being returned.

Insure Your Return Shipment

All return merchandise must be properly insured by the customer in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit to Minden Grill Company. Once an RMA is obtained, return merchandise to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the event any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please call (888) 985-2249 or email us immediately so we can resolve the problem. If an order is damaged during shipment, we will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. If you have a digital camera, please take a picture of the damage as this can help us to expedite our process.

Account Credit

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), less a 20% re-stocking fee. You will be contacted via email or telephone as soon as your return is processed. Please allow 30 days for the refunded amount to appear on your credit card statement.
