Grill Performance
Porcelain-coated heavy-gauge steel grate
Our standard heavy-duty grate is a professional-quality grate typically found on grills costing much more. The porcelain coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, doesn't stick to food, and is easy to clean. The grate bars are flattened, allowing for a larger surface area to be in contact with the meat or vegetables, along with the superior thermal mass providing excellent searing and even cooking.
Three 30,000 BTU stainless steel burners
The (3) stainless steel burners are made of stamped stainless steel that is durable and efficient. They provide concentrated and efficient cooking power with 30,000 British Thermal Units (BTUs). The three burners are placed left to right, in line with the control valves. This allows for indirect cooking by utilizing the two outside burners.
Uniform cooking temperature over grate surface
You no longer have to move your food around to ensure all pieces are cooked at the same time. Our engineers have designed a complete cooking system that includes burners, burner covers, firebox and grates to provide a uniform and satisfying grilling experience.
Built-in temperature gauge
The Minden Master Gas Grill thermometer is conveniently located on the lid. This high-quality built-in temperature gauge takes the guesswork out of grilling.
Engineered excellence
Assembly couldn't be easier. The unassembled grill breaks down into three easy-to-carry sections. You'll receive one tool and 14 screws that are all the same size. You'll go from box to grilling in 30-45 minutes.
Easy-glide, non-obstructive lid
One of the most unique features of the Minden Master Gas Grill is its easy-glide lid. The unique four-bar mechanism pivots the lid completely behind the grill, providing a non-obstructed cooking surface for socializing around the grill.
Uninterrupted work surface
You'll relish the ample space provided by this compact grill. The Minden Master Gas Grill has 1,000 square inches of uninterrupted working surface that includes the side trays and cooking area. The three areas are seamlessly connected on the same level and provide you with the same convenience you would have working at your kitchen counter.
Rugged porcelain and powder-coated steel construction
The Minden Master Gas Grill weighs 128 lbs. and is as rugged as it is simple. The firebox and lid are enameled steel, providing ultimate performance without the discoloration seen with painted or stainless steel grills. The remainder of the grill is constructed of powder coated steel (not painted), providing corrosion resistance, high-abrasion resistance, and a cooking surface that will look good and cook well for years to come.
Heavy-duty wheels
Two large sturdy wheels with real bearings and rubber treads make maneuvering the Minden Master Gas Grill a breeze.
