Minden Master Gas Grill Product Warranty

Customers will receive a 3-year end-to-end warranty on all parts. The burners in our units will also be covered for 3 years. Original proof of purchase must be present to honor any warranty related problems.

This warranty does not apply to parts that have been damaged by the user or grills that have been damaged due to mishandling. Warranty claims will only be honored for registered owners of the grill with an original proof of purchase.

In the event you have a warranty claim, call (888) 985-2249 or email us. It is recommended a digital photograph be taken of the claimed warranty issue. This will help us better understand the problem and expedite your repair.

Minden Grill Company may ask you to return the grill or a portion of the grill for repair. Once we have validated the claim, we will send the repaired part directly to you.

Accessories Warranty

All Minden Grill accessories receive a 6-month limited warranty. Original proof of purchase must be present to honor any warranty-related problems.
