Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
Minden Grill Company, Inc. is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original package, with a receipt for a refund within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Please email grill@mindengrill.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any products to Minden Grill Company. Print your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box being returned.
Insure Your Return Shipment
All return merchandise must be properly insured by the customer in case it is lost, stolen or damaged while in transit to Minden Grill Company. Once an RMA is obtained, return merchandise to:
