Q. How do I clean my Minden Master Gas Grill?
A. 1. After cooking, remove all food from your Minden Master Gas Grill.
2. Use a grill brush to clean off all leftover bits from the grates. (Your Grill comes with porcelain-coated grates; only use a brass bristle brush on them. Don't ever use the scraper that comes on standard grill brushes; over time, they will chip the porcelain.)
3. Once you have cleaned off the leftovers, turn off the Grill. Let it cool down.
4. Spray vegetable oil, like Pam, onto the Grill to loosen any remaining food that is stuck on the grates. The leftover food bits will drop into the Grill and burn up the next time you turn it on to pre-heat.

Follow these simple steps to cleaning your Minden Master Gas Grill after each use. This is all you really need to do to keep your Grill in great condition.
Q. What does 'season your grill' mean? Do I have to season my Minden Master Gas Grill?
A. You do not have to season your Minden Master Gas Grill. The grates that come with the standard Grill are made of porcelain-coated stainless steel and DO NOT require seasoning.
Q. What tools will I need to put my Minden Master Gas Grill together?
A. The Minden Master Grill comes with one tool, the only tool you will need for assembly. No other tools are needed.
Q. How long will it take to receive my Minden Master Gas Grill after I order online?
A. We generally have the Grill in stock in our Minden, NV headquarters. We will ship the unit via UPS ground with U.S. delivery averaging between 3 and 5 business days. Allow extra time for shipping at Christmas.
Q. If a part on my Minden Master Gas Grill is lost or breaks, how can I replace it?
A. Send us an e-mail grill@mindengrill.com. If you are unsure how to identify the part or its name, take a picture with your digital camera or camera-phone, then send it to us.
Q. While assembling my new Minden Master Gas Grill, I realized a part is missing or damaged. Who do I contact to replace parts that were missing or damaged from my shipping box?
A. Send us an email grill@mindengrill.com with a description of the part. If you are unsure of what to call the part, take a picture with your digital camera or camera-phone and send it to us.
Q. Can I convert my Minden Master Gas Grill from Liquid Propane Gas to Natural Gas?
A. No, but Minden Grill Company does offer a natural gas grill. For your safety, conversion kits are not available. Any attempt to convert your grill is dangerous and will void your warranty. Please visit our store to view the various Minden Grill options.
Q. My Minden Master Gas Grill will not light properly. Why?
A. Check your Grill for these common causes: (CAUTION: Do not smoke around your Liquid Propane gas tank. It is highly FLAMMABLE.)

1. Check your Liquid Propane (LP) gas supply. Lift the tank to determine its approximate weight. An empty Liquid Propane gas tank weights about 20 pounds. A full Liquid Propane tank weighs about 40 pounds.
2. Make sure the valve on your Liquid Propane tank is open (turn it counterclockwise).
3. Check to insure all gas connections are secure, including the gas connection tube to your Side Burner (one of our custom grill options).
4. There may be an obstruction in the gas line. To correct this, remove the Liquid Propane Gas Regulator and from your Grill. Open the gas supply for one second to clear any obstruction from the fuel line. Close off the gas supply at the source, and reconnect the fuel line to your Grill.
5. If an obstruction is suspected in the orifice or gas valves, call us toll-free at +1 (888) 985-2249 so we can help fix the issue.
If your Grill still doesn't light, call us toll-free at +1 (888) 985-2249, or send us an e-mail grill@mindengrill.com. We will help you start grilling again as soon as possible.
Q. Can I order the Minden Master Gas Grill if I live outside of the United States?
A. Our grill is available in the United States and Canada only. We hope to expand to other countries in the future.
