Product Warranty
|
Minden Grill Company is focused on providing you with the best working, longest lasting propane gas grill. Receive a 3-year, end-to-end warranty on all parts. Rather than provide 90-days of warranty on some parts,
1-year on others, and 5-years on the unbreakable portions of the grill, we provide a 3-year warranty on ALL parts. The burners in our units will also be covered for 3-years.
This warranty does not apply to parts that have been damaged by the user or grills that have been damaged due to mishandling. Warranty claims will only be honored for registered owners of the grill.
In the event that you have a warranty claim, call +1 (888) 985-2249 or email grill@mindengrill.com as soon as possible. Please take a digital picture of the claimed warranty issue, if possible. This will help us better understand the problem and expedite your repair.
Another Minden Grill option is that we may ask you to return the grill or a portion of the grill for repair. Once we have validated the damage, we will send the repaired part directly to you. We want to make sure you get to use your Minden Master Gas Grill as soon as possible.

Merchandise Returns/Refund Policy

Please email grill@mindengrill.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product(s) to Minden Grill Company. Print your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box being returned.
Return for Refund
Unopened products can be returned for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee for all merchandise being returned for a refund. Customer pays return shipping to Minden Grill Company.
Return for Warranty
There is no restocking fee for merchandise being returned due to a validated warranty claim. Minden Grill will pay return shipping costs.
Insure your Return Shipment to Minden Grill Company
All merchandise being returned should be insured properly by the customer in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit back to Minden Grill.

Crediting your Account
Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s). You will be contacted via email as soon as your return has been processed. Depending on your credit card issuer, please allow 30-days for the refunded amount to be reflected on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

| In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item, call +1 (888) 985-2249 or email grill@mindengrill.com immediately so we can resolve the problem. If an order is damaged during shipment, we will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will issue you a credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. If you have a digital camera, please take a picture of the damage and this can help us to expedite our process.
